"Attorney General Hatch files "Petition" and other legal documents with Ramsey County District Court asking the court to order the provision and payment of essential services in case of a government shutdown. The Attorney General's Office also filed with the court and served approximately 500 governmental entities with an "Order to Show Cause" which invites each entity to submit what they believe are essential services.
