Minnesota Supreme Court Alternative Dispute Resolution Review Board
The 13 member ADR Review Board is responsible for administrating the statewide ADR program set out in Rule 114 of the Minnesota General Rules of Practice. The Board investigates and makes findings concerning complaints filed under the Rule 114 Code of Ethics Enforcement Procedure. The board also sets policies and assists in the development of ADR in the Minnesota court system. Board members, who are appointed by the Minnesota Supreme Court, come from the following categories: five district court judges, two individuals with experience in family law, and six other individuals: a court ADR program director; an ADR practitioner from greater Minnesota; an ADR practitioner from the Twin Cities; an attorney; a representative of a nonprofit ADR organization, and a representative of a for-profit ADR organization. The resource to which we take you is a roster of board members. See also the Rule 114 ADR roster.
