Occupational Safety and Health Law

Resources in this category:
OSHA ETools and Electronic Products for Compliance Assistance (U.S. Department of Labor Occupational Safety and Health Administration)
OSHA's "eTools" are "interactive, Web-based training tools on occupational safety and health topics. They are highly illustrated and utilize graphical menus. Some also use expert system modules, which enable the user to answer questions, and receive reliable advice on how OSHA regulations apply to their work site." Expert advisors come from OSHA Software Expert Systems that serve as "interactive compliance assistance tools." There is an extensive collection of "technical links to safety and health topics" that's just a click away. Want to know about molds and fungi? Or bombs? (Maybe we shouldn't mention that, but they do.) Or teenworkers? More than 150 topics in all. This site also links to online slide show training presentations and to CD-ROMs developed for specific industries.
OSHA Regulations and Compliance Links (U.S. Department of Labor Occupational Safety and Health Administration)
"Regulations and Compliance Links provides a comprehensive and easy to use resource for current OSHA standards and compliance-related information. Interpretations, compliance guides, and other compliance assistance information will be interlinked with regulatory requirements. (Remainder of mission/explanation omitted but read it yourself when you're there.)"
Wex: Workplace Safety (Legal Information Institute)
